RETURNS

    • After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
    • Any item that is returned 14 days after delivery will be issued an online store credit only up to 30 days. 
    • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
    • All sale items, intimates, gift cards and jewelry are FINAL SALE.
    • Use of discount codes are considered SALE items and therefore cannot be refunded.
All returns must meet the requirements below: 
  • You must request an RMA # and send back within 14 days of receiving your order here at https://shopmekocom.returnscenter.com/
  • Once a return label is issued, you have 48 hours to have it scanned into USPS. After 48 hours the label will be null and void.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in brand new condition. No damage or signs of wear, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume, cigarette odor etc.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached or it will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for items not received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for your Store Credit or refund to be issued. Once your return is processed, you will receive a Store Credit in the form of an e-Gift Card, which does not expire. Please only inquire about the status if more than 7 business days have passed.

    REFUNDS

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 5-7 days.
    • We will then also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days according to your bank.
    • Eligible items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt - if you use both a gift card and a credit card and you are returning merchandise you will be credited in the form of a new gift card.  The new gift card for the refund amount will be emailed to the email address on the order.  If you used both a gift card and a credit card, the gift card will be refunded first and the remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used on the order.
    • If you have not received your return label, please wait 48 hours before reaching out to our Customer Service team.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account or please contact us at Info@shopmeko.com.

    SALE ITEMS 

    • Sale items CANNOT be refunded.
    • Use of discount codes are considered SALE items and therefore cannot be refunded. 

    FREE EXCHANGES

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
    • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@shopmeko.com 

    SHIPPING

    • To return your product simply log into your account and follow instructions.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    ONLINE STORE CREDIT

    • If you are unhappy with your item, we can offer you online store credit only within 30 days.
    • Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
    • To receive Online Store Credit, you must select "Store Credit" as a refund method during the return process on our return portal.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    • We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at orders@shopmeko.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size.

    • Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. We cannot issue a refund for a damaged item until the item is sent back to us for inspection.
